I offer one-on-one virtual therapy for women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and their relationship with food and body image. Sessions are held weekly 45 minutes, through secure video from wherever works for you.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call.
We will start with a free 15-minute consultation. It's a low-pressure chance for us to talk through what's bringing you to therapy and see if we're a good fit before you commit to anything.

I'm not the stuffy, sit-back-and-nod kind of therapist. I talk to you like a real person, not a textbook. My style is collaborative and honest, I'll ask real questions, offer real feedback, and help you build tools you can actually use outside of our sessions, not just insight that fades once you log off. Every session should move you somewhere, even if that somewhere is just a little more clarity than you walked in with.

You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

I accept various insurances through Headway in North Carolina and South Carolina.
In New York and New Jersey, I accept NYSHIP as well as out-of-network coverage, and I handle the submission myself so it's one less thing on your plate.
For cash clients - the fee is $150 per session and I offer a sliding scale.

Expect a lot of directness, and zero judgment.
Sessions won't feel like you're reciting your week to someone taking notes. I'll push back when it's helpful, celebrate the small wins with you, and check in on the things we talked about last time instead of starting fresh every session.
Some weeks will feel lighter, some heavier, that's normal. What stays consistent is that you'll always leave with something to actually work with, not just a good hour of conversation.
